Orders Issues

The order processing takes about 2-5 business days (2-7 days).
The order will be shipped after it be prepared and then we will send you an e-mail about it.

Please fill in your address information accurately to ensure that you can receive your order properly.
You will receive a pop-up alert after the address has been successfully modified.

You can check your order status via clicking My account then orders, or choose the orders below for checking directly.

May find your order with following status:
Waiting for payment: Which means the payment for this order did not complete.

Paid: Means the payment completed and we will process the order.

Waiting For Verify or Awaiting Verification:
Means we need to verify your payment or your order. Please check the email we sent to your mailbox, or the message you received on mobile to complete the verification.

Verified: The verification completed and we will process your order.

Processing: We are preparing the order.

Allocating: Your order is still in processing but we need to prepare the items from different warehouses.

Shipped: The order was shipped and on the way to you.

Delivered: The order was delivered according to the tracking update or you already confirmed delivery by yourself.

Canceled or Cancelled: The order was canceled by yourself.

Revoked: The order was canceled by us.

It maybe caused by following reasons:

1. Possibly your order is not yet shipped, normally it’ll take 2-5 business days for processing. We will email you after shipping. Please click “My account” to view the status.

2. Invalid or wrong email address.

3. Kindly check if the email is in your spam.

Under common circumstance, you may receive the confirmation email within 24 hours ,after payment complete.
Please check if your order shipped first via My account.
Also you can pay attention to your Spam.

If your order is still processing, you can click button Cancel Order to cancel it.
The coupon and points you used for the order will be returned to your Beyond Threads lTD account within 24 hours since the cancellation.

Order number is the number assigned to order once it placed. It can be used for order checking in our system. You can find and copy it on page My account or page Order Detail.

Tracking number is the number assigned to package when it is shipped. Tracking number is useful for tracking or checking order with the shipping company. It is a unique number assigned to a package or parcel. You can find in on page Track of your order.

The billing address can be modified on page Payment during your order placement.

If you have already completed the payment, then no need to change the billing address, it will not affect the delivery, as we’ll ship to the shipping address you left, please make sure the shipping address correct.

If you want to add item to your order: Sorry we can not add item once the order placed, please cancel the order totally then place a new one. We suggest you to choose refund to your Store Credit, because it takes less time.

If you want to exchange item: Normally we can help to modify before shipment, please click button Contact Agent below to get in touch with our customer service agent for help.

1- Unpaid order cannot be modified, please cancel and reorder.

2- Once the order shipped you will receive the shipment notice, and sorry we will not be able to modify it any more once the order shipped.

3- If you want to exchange the item to another one, the selling price of the two items should be same.

4- The on sale items and flash items cannot be modified.

2. If you do not want the package, you can refuse to pay the customs duty and the package will be returned or destroyed. After that, please contact us and we will deal with it for you as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

You can enter page My orders and select your order to check the status of your refund/exchange, and may find the returned item with following status:

Processing Return: Means you already requested or processed return.

Arrived To Warehouse: The item already returned to our warehouse. We will check the item and process the refund/exchange within 5 days since we received it.

Need refund: Our agents already processed the refund for you, normally the system will complete the refund within 24 hours.

Been Exchange: The item was exchanged and the new item is in preparation. Once the new item has been shipped out, we will email a notification accordingly.

Refunded: The refund completed from our side, but it may need some days to be reflected which depends on the refund method you selected.

Kindly note that weather, customs, loss of logistics provider, holiday, and other forces of nature may affect your return speed and is not within our control. We can only process the refund/exchange after the item return to our warehouse.
Refunds are based upon method of payment used and refund time is reflected upon your financial institution.

Why my refund amount is incorrect?
We’re sorry if there is any misunderstanding with the refund.
The following reasons may affect the amount you have been refunded:
1- We’ll issue a refund for the items only, other fees like original shipping fee, COD charges and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
2- The refund should be the discounted price you
paid(after the coupon and points used)
3- Every order has one chance to return for free. If you applied the return twice for same order, the extra charge 5.99 USD will be deducted from the refund.

How to withdraw wallet balance?
If you are refunded to your wallet, we have 2 withdrawal channels for you to choose from.
1. Withdrawal to Paypal account: You need to provide us with your Paypal account (Note: If your Paypal account is not the same as your Beyond Threads lTD registered account email, we will send you a verification code, please be careful to complete the verification), we will withdraw your money to your Paypal account. You will receive your refund in about 1-5 working days.
2. Withdrawal to Checkout account: You need to provide us with your Checkout account and you need to complete the SMS verification, you will receive the refund in about 1-2 working days.

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept return and exchange within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Only one coupon code can be applied to an order at a time. If you have more than one coupon code you may use those on your next purchase.

If your coupon invalid, it may due to the following reasons:
1. The code has expired. Please check where you got the code to be sure it is valid, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.
2. Coupon codes may require a minimum order that does not include shipping, COD charges.
3. You used the coupon for an order then canceled it. If so the coupon will return to your account within 24 hours since the order canceled,please wait some time.
4. The discount only valid for the retail price, not the selling price on site. If the item has promotional offers and the discount is more than the coupon discount, there may not be much difference in the price after using the coupon.
5. The coupon only valid for certain location.

Please select the correct country on page Settings firstly then you can enter the right website for your location.

For PayPal transactions, please offer the PayPal transaction ID. You may also contact PayPal to get the transaction ID.

Tabby is the payment option which allows you to pay in installments without any interest or fees, and it accepts all credit and debit cards.

For now this service only available in Saudi Arabia and Emirates, you can use Tabby as the following steps:

1- Add the items to your Shopping Bag, and go to CHECKOUT as usual.

2- Select payment method 4 interest-free payments.

3- Confirm your
purchase with a 4-digit SMS PIN sent to your mobile by Tabby.

4- You can pay for your purchases whenever you want before the due date. You will receive regular reminders from Tabby before any due payments to avoid missing them.

Hello, we currently have warehouses in United States, China and Dubai. Products will be sent as per the principle of proximity when possible.

We do apologize for the inconvenience.
If an item or a size is marked as “Sold Out”, we suggest you check the site frequently in the next two weeks in case it restocks.

However, if it does not restock within few weeks, it is likely to be removed from our online store.
Note: We suggest you to add that Product into “Wishlist”. When out of- stock items on wishlist are restocked.

SKU is a specific number for each product, which allows us to identify every product variation so we can easily find out it.

The most effective way to choose your size is to take your measurements and compare them to the detailed Size Chart.
